|Bagels Done, Bread Rising

I have completed my bagel baking for the day. When they cool I'll have Marz taste test the jalapeno cheddar bagels (or is it cheddar jalapeno? I'll worry about the word order after the taste test, they may not be market worthy.) I have 3 loaves of rye on the rise, and dough for 4 loaves of wheat proofing. I stopped making white bread, I don't think it was sought after as much and just doing wheat and rye is easier. I'm out of rye flour, so I'll put that on the shopping list for next week.|
I've come up with a pretty good prep list that should help with my Friday baking. It's simple things, but reduces my workload dramatically. I've already been baking pretty much nonstop for around 10 hours. When Marz is back at work I'll have to figure out some way to deal with the kids while I'm stuck in the kitchen. It's not a big deal with the bread since that's really just a few minutes here and there, its the bagels that are a time suck.
I'm enjoying the Market, but will have to decide if it's worth vending next year. If nothing else, I'll pay for Archon with it this October.
