Maybe I could make an even bigger one, but that will have to wait until I have a need for a giant bagel (sandwiches for a party, etc).

This morning I took the van in for an oil change, and much closer to on time than usual. When it was about done the guy who helped me with the Escort engine issues, looks at me and say in a deadpan voice, "Looks like we're dealing with another engine rebuild." I nearly threw my book at him.

Today's errands include finding a filter for the humidifier, and cooking up a chunk of meat in the crock pot.

Eating the leftover bagels from Tuesday, and they are still good a couple of days old.

GIANT BAGEL OF DOOOOOOM. Man, that looks tasty.

Out of curiosity, where do you take your car? I go to CVS in North Lawrence, because Geoff is the best diagnostician I've ever met, and they have really good prices.

I go to Slimmer's because it was highly recommended by my friend Star, and with the bonus that it's only a mile away from the house so I can walk home after dropping it off.

If you trust them - that is fantastic. And. I'd take Star's recommendations any day.
But, if you are looking for other recommendations - post it and I'm happy to add to that list (but only if solicited).

That looks like a mighty big sandwich maker in its own right... Yum!
