Lucky for me, Kiyan may have woken a couple times during the night, but went back to sleep without getting up. He slept for about 14 hours, but I think he needed it.

I'm working on perfecting a naan bread recipe, the key seems to be turning the original recipe into mine by converting flour volume to weight, which ups the flour content by about 1/4 cup, but I also upped the yogurt content so it uses and entire 6 oz cup of plain yogurt so there is less waste. I also upped the baking temp, 425 just didn't do it for me but 500 did great. So either tonight will see the birth of my "standard" naan flatbread recipe, or dinner will suck.

Tonight is the costumer's group meetup, with luck I'll attend with some bread. Time appears to be working against me on this one.

Ooooh... I would be very interested (if you are willing to share) your recipe for naan if it turns out well. I've recently "re-discovered" my love of Indian food - and especially naan. :-)

Will do, but I may need to play around with hydration levels first. Add flour or liquid and the entire recipe suddenly gets unpredictable, and only testing shows what works best.
