Looks like that batch of dough turned out even better than I thought. Although I neglected the dough twice, it rose quickly and turned out into a perfect huge loaf, about 3.25 lbs. Far as I know this is the second largest single loaf I've ever made, the largest being a 5 lb loaf back in June. So without further teasing, the 3.25 lb loaf.|
Not quite as impressive as the 5 lb loaf, but a damned good save considering that I thought the entire double batch of dough was a loss earlier today.
Someone else posted a mock bingo card, which made me think of this one that I made back in 2004 when I was experiencing the wonders of what kind of havoc Pari could spread. Presenting, the Toddler Bingo Card.
Kiyan fell asleep on the the floor in the hallway today. He was also clingy when I dropped him off at preschool, so I'm wondering if it's the start of another cold.
Edit-again, almost forgot the count.
