Pari on Youtube, since she knows how to make movies with Photobooth.|
I'm on a quest to give the kitchen a top to bottom scrubbing, including taking everything out of the cabinets and wiping them down, possibly for the first time in the 6+ years that we've owned the house. They could be worse, and it's a good way to clear out some old stuff that never got used. So far I'm maybe 30% done with the upper cabinets, the lower cabinets will be a pain.
A trip to Wal-Mart got us a copy of Ratatouille, which Marz and Pari has seen but not me (I know, ironic with the rat theme I tend to go with, deal.) We also spotted a pretty good deal on a 26" RCA flatscreen, which may well work better in the available space especially with a mounting arm. A 32" would fill the space, but we want it on a swinging arm for easier access to the back for cables, and for positioning when playing the Wii. The 26" was such a good deal that it nearly convinced me out of a 32" based on price alone. Measurements were taken so we can see just how much space it will occupy, and I need to find the stud in the wall for mounting to make sure it can be done without difficulty.
Right now I need to run to the bank and deposit those checks from recent sales so I can actually buy the flatscreen in question.
