and the prepwork continues... [Oct. 8th, 2007|05:32 pm]

Since around 9am I've been prepping the house because people may be coming over tonight. The doubt exists mainly because someone else is in charge of the study session, and the last bit of scheduling was delaying last weeks session by another week due to something else going on that their group had to attend. No problem. So our schedule was last confirmed as a weeks delay before what would have been the first class last Monday.

You can see my concern, no concrete plans were communicated. Luckily that giant loaf I made yesterday can and has been divided so that I can make a stack of panini sandwiches, after picking up Pari we swung by Wal-Mart and got some cold cuts, cheese and a bag of chips along with non caffeinated beverage (Marz got after me for offering only leaded drinks for something that starts in the evening last time we did the classes, she has a point.)

Living room has been cleaned and mopped enough, kitchen cleared enough, dishes done for the most part. Overall, not bad work considering how much solid matter had to be moved.

I think next week I may do chicken caesar wraps. Assuming that we confirm for next Monday. I swear, I'm getting a phone list and solid confirmation every week this time.
