Quick update... [Jun. 2nd, 2006|03:40 am]

Yesterday was lunch at Jin Shan with jensixstones who watched the kids while I had a man look deep into my eyes. Then he made a few notes and I had an updated vision perscription. Today I ordered my new glasses from the Wal-Mart optical center, they should be here next week. Also yesterday I took Pari to the storytelling, and we both got a few mosquito bites. More repellent will be used next time.

Today after playgroup the kids and I joined another family at Rudy's for lunch. I see those two girls being a handful together in the future. Tonight was dinner at Plum Tree, followed by radcliffe kindly watching the kids while Marz and I saw X-Men 3 with four other friends.

Now I'm freshly home from driving Kiyan back to sleep. It appears he's teething again. Oh, joy. But I must admit, Pari was more of a hassel. But she also had the pacifier to chew on, Kiyan pretty much never cared for the joys of the bink.

I went to Dr Lenahan's office near the Community Mercantile, the exam for both glasses and contacts was $89. The glasses cost about $160 for both lenses, the lightest and most scratch resistant they had. I don't remember the cost of the frames, but Wal-Mart has a decent selection.
