babywatch, day seven.... [Dec. 19th, 2004|05:01 pm]
Verminius Rex
No active labor yet, but the nighttime contractions are becoming more common during the day. Pari and I did a long visit during the day, which included a family nap that did us all good. It could be tonight, or in a couple of days, depending on how the pattern of contractions go.

So what is your target date for a delivery if any?

Feb 8th, or as long as the baby holds out.
Odds are it'll be soon.

Well, having been born two months early myself, I have to say sometimes the stars just kick your butt out the door.

So how are the Persian names coming?

Finished. We'll announce them when the hatchling arrives.

Splendid! I'll have to get something properly Persian for him/her :)

I am thinking good thoughts for you all. I hope that Marz and seamonkey are able to hold off as long as possible to give seamonkey every possible second of baking time.

I am utterly flummoxed to find that children do not always do as they are scheduled to do. Did no one apprise the impending arrival of the appropriate and expected timing?
