To go with my pizza dough, I'm trying a new pizza sauce. Recipe as follows-

Pizza Sauce 1.0
1 can tomato paste (4-6 oz)
1 3/4 cup water
1/3 cup olive oil
1 Tablespoon fresh basil
1 Tablespoon fresh oregano
1/2 Tablespoon fresh rosemary
2 cloves minced garlic
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon pepper

Mix and let sit for a couple of hours for the herbs to saturate the sauce.

The dough should be ready in less than half an hour, and i'll make the first pizza with the new sauce. I'll do simple toppings, pepperoni. Onion and bell pepper if we have any.

The tomato paste is the part that makes me nervous. They don't call for any water or liquid to be added to the mix, so it will be too acidic and thick, imho. Substitute tomato sauce next time. I bet it makes a big difference.
