the end of the rat era, sort of... [Aug. 25th, 2004|05:30 pm]
Verminius Rex
While unpacking books from the closet, I came across several things that need to be culled. Among them are many books on pet rats, and notebooks with my notes from when I was breeding rats in the mid-90's. It was interesting at the time, and I often miss my vermin, but haven't owned a rat since the short lived Pookie back in around 1998. Notes on rats that were bred will be tossed, books on pet rats will head to the half price bookstore. It's strange mostly because I've horded this stuff for almost 10 years. Goodbye, rat stuff that I don't need anymore. I need the bookshelf space for stuff that I actually want to read.
