Remember folks, when trying to make sushi, there are a couple of basic rules to follow.|
1. Do not become so busy with other stuff that you let the sushi rice burn and fill the house with smoke.
2. Do not start so late that the sushi will still be warm/hot when eaten.
3. Remember to soak the shitake mushrooms in terkiaki or soy sauce earlier, so they will be included in the sushi, instead of forgotten. Again.
4. Wrap the stuff in the sushi tightly, so it won't fall out after you cut it and while transferring it to the container or plate.
Making sushi is kind of fun. Too bad I think it tastes terrible.
The lack of a Pari nap has put me behind on so much stuff today, it's unbelieveable.
