mind in the gutter, sort of... [Jul. 25th, 2004|05:42 pm]

I got some gutter screws at Home Depot to replace the nails that were coming out, and allowing a ton of rain water to pour into the basement window wells, which would seep into the basement. I hate being up on ladders. I'll have to look at the front soon and see if it has a problem. I'll probably replace the gutter system when we reroof, in the next couple of years.

I'm approaching order #50 on my web store. I'm not going to count off for a couple of dropped orders, because my in-person sales make up for them. I'll start paying myself 10% of profits, or an average of 2.5% of each order. Tomorrow I ship another order from the weekend, and wait for an e-check to clear to clear so that I can mail a pending order. Tonight I make two hemp inserts, and start on a simple project, the Pari Peasant Outfit. I'll modify a raglan shirt pattern into a peasant blouse, and make a simple skirt. The great thing about toddler clothing is that it takes so little fabric and much less time to finish.
