3 loaves formed and proofed, now in a 450 degree oven for 20 minutes (plus up to 10 more, depending on when the internal temp is about 205 degrees). Funny how so much work goes into loaves that are so tiny. |
And one project is going to get done tonight. I'm putting feet under the leopard upholstered bus seat so that it doesn't scratch the new laminate floor. 2x4 studs are painted black, and when that dries I put the furniture foot things on the bottom and screw them onto the legs.
And I appear to have impacted the ants, at least for today. And I got the entire floor mopped so Pari wasn't walking in bug spray.
I hate ants.
