Last night I got the prototype 24 month size Parimono 6.0 pattern completed. The only difference is that the front overlap is longer and goes all the way across, and is sewn into the side seam. I haven't figured out the final pattern, so the first sewn version of it is not very well done. I was first going to have the obi as part of the garment and sewn in, but changed my mind at the last minute, so structurally it's really screwed up. I'll try it on Pari to see if I need to adjust the pattern before doing the next one, possibly in a leopard print flannel that I got months ago. It would make a really cute nightgown for her.

Pizza dough is rising in the kitchen, so dinner is prepped.

i really like the idea of having the obi part of the garment. that would make it much easier for a little kid to wear...
