I had a batch of my typical bread dough done with it's first rise, and on a whim I made it into two cheese breads. I think the addition of an egg in the dough makes a world of difference with how it acts in the oven. The cheese bread needs a touch of salt and pepper in the garlic butter spread, otherwise it's pretty solid. I'm looking forward to trying it with a tomato sauce.
