Smoking some pork ribs, the weather is perfect for keeping the smoker at 200 degrees. Cool enough to keep the temp low but no wind so I don't have to worry about the temp dropping. It went in at 4pm, I'm hoping it reads at 165 degrees internal temp around 8pm so I can eat some serious ribs. AB's rub on one, Gates BBQ rub on the other. |
