Got my flu shot, and it was painless. Huzzah.

Got to yell at a teen who thought jumping from a balcony at open gym in front of a bunch of autistic kids was a brilliant idea. He didn't seem to understand what he did was poor judgement, but even while mouthing off he still did as told when I used Angry Dad Voice and marched him out to his responsible adult, who had him sit out the rest of the session. Apparently he does parkour, and didn't understand it was not the time nor venue for it.

Went to 4H and saw a couple new members I know, and spoke with someone that knows both a friend from costume group and my dad from Habitat for Humanity. She works PR, so I have yet another PR person to email with questions as I think of them (I know several PR people but tend to forget which one when I actually have a question that needs answering.)

Still doing brainstorming for next year's walk while ideas are fresh in my mind, and making notes so it has a chance of getting done right. Working on a rough timeline so I can figure out what to get done when, once that is done I can sit back and coast for a bit. Need to get in touch with Downtown Lawrence Inc and network for future possible donors, while they remember we brought 2000 people downtown on a Thursday night.

And I got my homework done early. Huzzah.
