My bagels got Champion! Red ribbons on the white, wheat and challah, blue on the spelt. Pari got a number of ribbons, Marz has that writeup and I'll copy it later.
I'm surprised the challah didn't do better, but if you don't know challah then the flavor and texture may be unfamiliar. The white and wheat doesn't surprise me, they deflated during slashing and I need to work on the recipe. The spelt surprised me doing so well, it was kind of an afterthought and I put it in instead of the rye loaf after my rye preferment frothed over.
