 I'm readjusting my home loaf recipe to fit my large bread pans, simply by increasing the single loaf amounts by 50%. I find it amusing that I spent years becoming very good at my boule loaves with fancy slashing, only to return to the typical loaf pans because it is better for even slices and sandwiches. The small loaf pans are too small for the typical batch of dough (1 lb flour), the large pans fit 1.5 lbs of flour perfectly. 

Baking bread makes for the best home scent ever.
