Finally found my Cannon G5, an older but dependable camera that I still like for it's time lapse and wireless remote functions. I'd apparently put the bag into a clear tub in the computer room, amid all the clutter. I think it's been there about 2 years, all the batteries are dead and the memory card had pics from Naka-Kon in the hotel before the Crown Center one. |
Tomorrow is going to be a busy day. Open gym, Pari's 4H meeting, smoking a bunch of meat for lunch. Gotta brine a bunch of leg quarters tonight, and put a rub on the ribs. And I need to make a new batch of rub for the ribs.
Today's Mongolian Beef lunch would have been better with some fresh ginger, and I'm still working on my reduction of the sauce. I suspect there are faster ways to do it, or I just need to plan ahead better. Overall I like the dish and plan to play around with it in the future.
Two of my walking onions are still surviving, either they will be the source for all the walking onions in my garden later this year, or I'll order a bunch online and plant them very soon. Time to get potatoes in too.
And we are considering getting the kids a sand box, with a cover. No clue where we'd put it in back. But Kiyan really likes the container of sand I have behind the shed, might as well put it where we can see him playing.
