Thunder and a bit of hale came out of nowhere (well, nowhere to me, guess I should check the forecast more often). One sign of spring is that Checkers has potato and onion starters available. I resisted, although I got a couple extra bunches of garlic to start a patch in one of my supplemental beds. That waits until the rain has passed so I don't have stuff rot in the ground before growing, like the Great Fail of the Walking Onions last year (two days of rain after planting, nothing came up because they rotted in the ground).

I've been watching an anime, called Xxxholic (pronounced 'holic, far as I can tell) about a spastic young man, a super mellow jock and a quirky hot witch woman. It's entertaining and the episodes are short enough to cram one in while getting stuff done around the house. I also watched The Wolfman (2010 version with Anthony Hopkins), well done and visually appealing but not what I would call groundbreaking.

I also dug out one of the smaller bookshelves in an attempt to bring some order to the living room. It's mostly the kid books and random crap, but the shelves are clear and trash is thrown out. I'll continue my attack on the bookshelves and reorganize them, putting craft books in the craft room, books we don't care about on top or bottom shelves, and the good books on the easily accessed levels.
