After some quality time with the weed eater, I have largely reclaimed the neglected part of my garden. No walking onions, I suspect that the excessive rain shortly after planting just rotted the bulbs in the ground. I put the word out to a friend who has some walking onions and garlic at his MIL's farm, maybe I'll plant those instead.

I'm prepping for the compost sale later this month. I want to put down two more raised beds and remove all of my containers. This means clearing out and prepping the space, getting the lumber and mixing up more substrate for the new beds. After this I won't need to expand the garden any more, although I do plan to add a rabbit fence and better trellises for everything to grow on. The vines went kinda wild this year.

I need another extra long extension cord so the trimmer can get to the rest of my neglected yard. And use the leaf blower to clean out the gutters. I don't think anything has collected in them, but better to clean now than find out during a downpour.
