Sewing projects ongoing...... [Mar. 5th, 2003|11:51 pm]
Verminius Rex
So, I got the pocketless pair of patchwork lined pants done, installing the drawstring at home. I have all the pieces ready for the pocketed one, including the pockets done and sewn to the front panels. I'll probably finish it up sometime this week or this weekend, then start working on the kilt project. I found a couple of sites that have instructions on how to make kilts, so I'll look through them and figure out which one I want to do. I've had the fabric for about 5 years, just waiting to be turned into a kilt, but never got around to it. That leaves the last project, which might be shirts. I'll figure that one out after I have finished the pants and kilt.

Doublet and the pocketless patchwork pants.

Same outfit, plus my ass.

With Pari.

Another with Pari.

And thanks to radcliffe for watching Pari until Marz could pick her up. The roads turned out not to be bad, but it was a load off our minds not to have to shuttle her to KC and back.

I am completely mesmerized by the pants. Those absolutely rock. The fabric was cool, but seeing the pants is even cooler.
