The pan fried fish was OK, although I think Basa works better than Tilapia. I'm working my way through last weekend's purchase of yellow squash, about 6 inches long and perfect for splitting in half lengthwise, dousing in olive oil and covering with salt and pepper before tossing them on the Foreman Grill. Yum. My parents are probably still shocked that I'm eating tomatoes and squash after the fight I put up against so many veggies in my childhood.

And here we have a picture of todays picking from my garden. The purple peppers were plentiful (but tiny as always), the golden bell peppers finally ripened, I picked some of the basil because there was so much, and an onion mostly to check their progress. I have radishes that I'm giving one more week before I see how big they are, from what I can see they aren't as big as I hoped. The bed with the radish seeds from the sprouting mix is interesting because it appears to be a variety of radishes. I suppose if you eat them after 3 days of sprouting it doesn't matter what they look like fully grown.

The purple peppers are annoying because it takes so long to cut them up and you have to use so many, as opposed to using just one regular sized bell pepper.
