While shaping more dough for the 5 Minute Bread, I keep thinking about how little flour I use when compared to all the videos of the cookbook authors making it. I just do a little dusting on my hands, letting the minimal excess drift onto the dough itself. Then I do a quick shape and toss it onto the parchment paper. Far as I can tell, its' probably because I'm so used to handling dough that I have a gentle touch and can get by with minimal flour. Either that or I somehow did the recipe different than intended but can't figure out what.

Time to get Pari's homework cranked out.
