The parent's lawn is mowed, Sam's Club run completed, and now I am very tired and in need of a shower. |
While at Sams I got 100 lbs of flour which should last me a couple weeks easily at the Farmer's Market, and two huge bags of potting soil for our container garden that I want to make (probably Sunday, I have at least 2 if not all 4 of the containers needed). Once the containers are made I can go shopping for the plants, most likely tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and strawberries. I'll start them on the patio and move them to an actual garden area about 8 feed over when I've level that part of the yard, possibly put a fence around it to keep Kiyan from messing with it.
It's time to get my Market stuff together and figure out how much I'm baking on Friday. Records show that I was selling about 6-7 dozen bagels at this time last year, although it may have been colder. Forecast calls for partly cloudy, windy and chance of isolated thunderstorms. I'll only bail on the weekend Market if it looks like a bad storm for the whole morning, otherwise it's worth doing up at least 6 dozen to start the year. My fans are counting on me.
